I ordered this for a Veterans' Ball and was extremely impressed with how it turned out. I'm recommending all my friends go through them. Their rack builder even assists you if you're not sure how many oak leaves etc. When it didn't come after a week (USPS fault) they were willing to send a new one for free, the same day it arrived. Couldn't be happier all around. Wish this was around when I was still in.
